What it is
Shared Willow has five free tools for shared houses and flats: a rent split by room size, a shared expenses settle-up, a chore wheel and chart, a house rules template and a bill due calendar. They are for the conversations that are easier with a clear number or a written plan in front of everyone.
How it works
Every tool runs in your browser. Money is worked out in whole cents so splits always add up exactly, and each page explains its method. Your house's details are kept in your browser's local storage so they are there next time; nothing is uploaded, and you can clear them at any time.
What it is not
These are calculators and templates, not legal or financial advice. Your lease and the tenancy rules where you live come first; if you are unsure about your rights, ask a local tenants' advice service.
